    I have a Rhythm of four Stallion that already has hom w20 . What exactly is the kp gene that is for sale right now?and how would it effect my Stallion If I were to add it? Would i be able to choose what kp gene i want on him for instance kit m if I were to purchase the kp gene that is for sale?
    I've never tried the kp addition so that's why I'm asking before I do anything to him.

    You need the Kit gene for the KP to show, but the KP is it's own gene. It doesn't matter WHICH Kit genes he has, as long as he has them! W20 will make the KP show more than if he didn't have it.

    You need two KIT genes, and two Kit Promoter genes to get KP to show. So yes homozygous W20 is fine, you can change one of them to KitM if you prefered. But you would still need to add two Kit Promoter genes

    I Did want to add Kit M and Kp, I have a better understanding of it now. I was thinking you could choose which gene you wanted to promote, if that makes sense. Like a drop down tab would come down , kit m seems to be the hardest to get, well most expensive at 40 iv.

    KitM does not cost 40 IVs, it costs 40 GMTs :) 1 GMT costs 20 IVs, so 1 copy of KitM costs 800 IVs, or 10 mill if you want to buy them with HBs.
