Yes it’s 1 gmt token to remove frame.

There are a few rules for gmting, here they are:

You can only gmt a horse that does not have any living offspring. If the horse has been bred and you want to gmt it, you just need to sell the offspring back to the game to be able to gmt it.

For a Foundation you can add and remove any gene that is in the gmt lab

For a lined horse you can only add on what the parents have. For example if you want a horse to have pearl but neither parents did, then that horse cannot be gmted to have pearl.
