Have you checked if he can register in the breed club? With a white factor of none, KP can hide sometimes. :)

And be sure you have your receipt from PayPal. Then send Ammit a PM. She was getting on a plane last night, and HJ1 is down, so it might be a day or so before anyone can look closely at this.

Did you by chance delete any of his GMT tattoos?

If not, then he hasn't had KP added
(it'll show up as "GMT: ? >> ? ")

Not if KP was added with the gene sales. The tattoo is not there, it only shows if you buy the gene with GMTs.

The horse has no white factor, and also shows a lot of white, it's possible you just can't see the cloud. The best way to look is to try adding hi. To the KP breeding group (those blue links in the horse info page). You could try to re-roll the portrait to see if it shows, but I never had much luck with high white horses with no white factor and clouds showing, personally.

Otherwise wait until Amit can assist you. She's pretty awesome about fixing this stuff. Just send the PM with proof of purchase like Confluence said. :)

I can’t add him to the KP breeders club, so it doesn’t look like it was added.

It looks like you only added one copy of KP, and it needs two copies to be visible/registerable (plugged your horses ID into the RGS Gift link, and it showed that)

Mine did the same thing yesterday it shows in my paypal, that i paid for each gene for her to be hom. but i got nothing on her page. see>>>>>

I added two copies on separate alleles. I have the receipt from PayPal.

@dixiedarlinstables your horse only has 1 kit gene. They have to have 2 kit genes for it to show.

@Haltanny I paid for her to be Hom is the whole point i have the paypal receipts that show i paid for both strands. So she should have been Hom but it doesn't show at all.

@DixieDarlinStables your horse is homozygous for Kit Promoter but is not homozygous for Kit white pattern genes. It will not show visually on the horse unless you also have 2 kit genes, you only have one W20. You need to add a second kit gene, like W20, roan, tobiano, etc.

@Haltanny Thank you so much! I am still new to this gene, and it has proven to be the hardest to understand. ugh i feel like a ding dong lol. Thank you for explaining that to me. I pick up tidbits here and there, but most times i am to shy/stubborn to ask questions. I am putting this down in my notes so i dont forget.
