Thought I would create an account over here, since the other server is down. I _used_ to have an account here when this server first started, but I let it lapse.

By the way, on that last question, I drink Dr Pepper or A&W root beer when I do drink soda.

@Harsa You have to go to the "Upgrade With Real Money" page and scroll all the way to the bottom. There is an explanation there, but if you need more help, post on the help board.

Welcome, new people! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! I suggest you join the beginners barn chatroom - even just to lurk if you don't like chatting! You can really learn a lot just from other people's questions in there.

@Salem Show horses are the way to go! Most big barns recommend at least 3 show horses for every breeding horse in order to really fund your breeding. :x

I'm FlyingTurkeyFarm on the Bluegrass server, and because I'm whole heartedly addicted I thought I would start on this server too :X I am excited to take what I learned on the other server to have a barn here that isn't constantly struggling for funds! Hello! Have been playing for a couple of weeks and just discovered this forum! I LOVE this game! In real life, I raise foundation quarter horses. We have never bred for color, but have recently realized how important color genetics can be for a lot of people in the industry! I joined this game, to learn color genetics, and am now addicted. I'm living vicariously through this game, breeding appaloosas (a secret dream that I've always wished would be possible for us). Haha! Thanks for the great game, and a HUGE thank you, for making most of this game as realistic and educational as possible. Greatly appreciated!

Other fun fact: I've convinced my husband that our long-term goal should be finding a house with the space and proper zoning to get horses. It'll take a while, I'm sure, but it's a goal!
