I was just thinking about Nacre in the shower (like you do when you're avoiding thinking about the things that are bothering you :) ) and I wondered if anyone had done any cross with Nacre and Mushroom or Chinchilla, and whether the color-altering that happens from those genes would affect the color of the Nacre?

Has anyone experimented with this?

There are no hom chinchilla horses with nacre but there is one hom mushroom horse with it

Thanks @AHayesHorses ! Super cute. But it doesn't look like the Nacre is affected by the change to base coat color, I think. Interesting!

I have Nacre and chinchilla but haven’t crossed them... I am focusing more on crossing Watercolor and Nacre...I will have to give Chinchilla some thought though
