Forum link picture not showing new tack pack items

    I have a silly question. I decided to offer straws from a few of my stallions to the public and got the idea to dress them up with some tack pack items to show them off. When I preview my post, some of them still show the old winter background/tack items. Is there any way to get the forum link to show their shiny, new pictures? I tried replacing the link, refreshing the horse's page, even logging out and logging back on. Any other ideas? It's really not a big deal, but I spent some time picking out their new looks!

    Must be your cookies. To save internet or bandwitch or something your computer remembers the old picture, and then doesn't request a new picture. Or something along those lines. (Actually it's something your browser does). Sometimes its called the cache too. I think. My dad's a computer guy, so I here stuff all the time, but only kinda remember what he says!

    Ah, I hadn't considered it from that angle. Probably because all of the other studs I decorated showed the new pictures. Thank you for figuring it out!

    Yep, just go in and clear your cache and the new photos will show up. Although most times it’s only you that doesn’t see their new look, it shows up for the rest of us because we don’t have the saved photo in our cache. :)
