Why is she so washed out?

I saw that she popped up as bay, but can't figure out why she looks so washed out vs all the other reddish bays I have. Is it the w20? She looks almost chestnut to me (although I'm awful at telling the difference between red based horses unless it's significant). Any ideas?

It's the A+. It does that. It also can make a regular Hom A+ bay look almost like a Liver. It's pretty neat!

It’s A+ (wild bay) mixed with no sooty. They are very pale. A Hom Sooty wild bay will be a dark chocolate brown. And if you add DP to a Hom Sooty wild bay, it will be a “blood” or “red” bay. I will link a discussion of wild bay coloration in game below.
