I want to change one of these stallions into a mare, but I'm unsure of who to choose.
Stars Of Heaven is superior to Spice Heaven.

I think it's completely up to. Most people like their stallions to be higher so they can cover more mares. But... on the same token it's easier to get high straws than high eggs, so if you make the higher one the mare, then you can pull eggs easily, and probably sell them. So its up to.

My friend always says a foal is 60% the dam... But I don't know if that's really true. But I guess I get it in RL for teaching personalities.

If you want to keep the other as a stallion, I'd keep the superior one as a stallion and change the other to a mare
