Do tatoos merge with accounts?

Hello I’m about to merge this account with my BaxkDiamond account, and today I finally figured out how to make Tattoos. Since both accounts are on a Basic upgrade I have one free tattoo slot on each account. I’m wondering if I go ahead an use my slot on both accounts, will my smaller accounts tatoo be transferred when I make the merge?
If not I won’t bother adding a tattoo to that account. -
Tattoos don't merge, I just learned recently lol.
