So i haven't done digital art in a long long time (mostly because its super hard for me to use the mouse or track pad for drawing and i don't have a drawing tablet). But yesterday i drew this picture of a new character of mine (my best friend shaded her hair for me because i was having issues lol) and i think it turned out pretty well! I haven't worked on anything digital since 2017. I hope i can keep up with this and create more :D

And then i just finished this gif of a horse walking! I plan to make one for each gait so i will update as i finish them :) I'm super proud of both of these!

Awesome! I SO want to get into animation but I don't know how to use Photoshop for that yet and everything else kinda takes time. :P

@RoseFlute I used Gimp for this animation. You just have to draw out each frame in a new layer and then use the animation Playback filter :) It is a bit difficult at first. My first animation was only 3 frames long and it was a cantering horse. This animation above was 12 frames long. My longest was a galloping horse at 21 frames i think lol I still have to use reference images so i'm not perfect at it but it's fun regardless

That animation would be a fantastic teaching tool! Occasionally I will teach beginner riding lessons over the summer and that would be really helpful to teach them about where their horse's feet are.

Alright! I finished the trot animation! Still planning on doing canter and gallop and possibly a pace animation :)
