warning rant................. So my doctor says that I am not supposed to get on a horse until my legs are healed. Like seriously I had the surgery that they wanted me to have and now I can't ride. They say for 4-6 weeks minimum. I ride every day well guess I will be doing a lot of nothing till then ..... End of rant

My sister tore her ACL and Meniscus twice (same knee) and had to go about 6 months with no riding at all both times. She wasn't even allowed to help with chores or lunge for like 4 of those months. And she was in the middle of training her 5 year old mare the second time it happened. Now i'm getting an MRI done on my knee because of a fall i took on the concrete in December and i have been dreading it because i don't want them to tell me i need surgery :( It sucks but hang in there! My sister read a lot while she was laid up so that's something you can do until you can ride again!
