It’s because she had a WF of none. The size of the KP cloud is affected by the WF. She likely has an extremely tiny cloud that is being hidden by her mane or is camouflaged by the roan.

I don't think kit promoter has anything to do with white factor? I honestly just think it has to do with the two kit alleles that you add and how dominant that they are/ how much they express (if that makes sense.. Like I had a foundation kp/snowflake boy that had an ENORMOUS cloud covering his whole body, yet he had a white factor of none, and the two kit alleles were w20).

KP is somewhat affected by white factor, as well as by what kit genes were chosen. W20 (especially two copies, but one copy as well), as it's a "white enhancer" of sorts, will increase the size of the cloud. White factor can also increase the size of the cloud, though on either point there's variance within each bracket.

Because roan has a very similar "clouding" look to KP, and in this case the roan expression is very strong, it's possible the KP is blending in with the roan. Rerolling can indeed help with this.

As for snowflake, @FallenShadows714, it's like varnish - the horses will white out at different ages, even though they do all eventually white out or come close to it. It can also be that the annual portrait reroll hasn't kicked in, on occasion, in which case refreshing the portrait can show you how far they've whited out.
