    It's fairly easy for accounts to become associated. If you use the same Internet Provider or cell phone service as another player or go online in places with public wifi, it's easy to do. Internet service providers of all kinds are assigned a limited number of IP addresses that are rotated among their customers as the log in and out of the internet. You may not even live in the same community.
