Why isn’t He Liver/Snf?
-
His parents are both Hom Snf, and Hom Sty, and his coloring is labeled as liver. But he wasn’t able to register in either liver or Snf clubs?
Snf foal 1 -
Its because horses are only allowed to be registered in four clubs at a time. Remove him from one or two clubs, and you should be able to add him to the liver and snowflake ones :)
-
Yep!
I tend to enter my foals into clubs in big batches, so I personally enter in this order:
Brindle (finding surprise brindles this way ROCKS!)
Fantasy
GP
KP
Liver
Mushroom
Pearl
Satin
(Snowflake if I bred for it)
And then the end back to the beginning.
This means those sneaky hidden genes that might not show up easily on foals and the special goals I’m chasing always get entered and the more common colors/patterns only get entered if my horse still has entries available. -
Ohhhh that makes more sense then! Thank you both :)
