Upgrade question

I had to change my credit card in Paypal and before I got that done, my upgrade expired. I have now changed the card but Paypal says my next payment would be due on Feb 6 which has already passed. How long does it take for the upgrade to process since I changed my card or is there something else I need to do to make sure it processes so I get my premium back? Thanks! :)
