How do i change my breed name?

I just upgraded to Basic and I saw I can change my breed name, but I am not seeing an option to do so. Am I missing something?

From your Member Home page, on the right side, click the link for Manage Stable Settings.

Another question, can basic upgrade buy tattoos? Or even make tattoos? -
You should be able to. You just design the tattoo in whatever art program you have, save it as PNG, and then upload it here. It has to be 25X25 pixels
If you aren't comfortable doing it, you can always ask folks on the forum to design one for you.
