Which genes are open to the public and how does one acquire them. If there's a link can anyone share it? Thank you!

Anything that isn't listed at the bottom of your member page is an open gene. Ice 1, Ice 8, Ice 5 and nexus are the open fantasy genes. :)

To acquire them, you'd have to search the public auction or get a hold of another member who has them and ask if they would be willing to sell horses or straws to you. I think you need a basic upgrade to use straws, though.
