No he's splash that's why his tail is like that :)
Neither of his parents are GP so he couldn't be -
No... if he doesn't have any GP parents (doesn't look like it), he's not. It doesn't show up randomly and you have to GMT horses to have it. He's got a lovely splash tail though. :)
