Is anyone else not so patiently waiting for secret Santa

    I’m so excited. Last year was my first year and I felt I done well but this year have a way better show bonus so feel I’m going in a lot more prepared!
    Feels like it’s dragging on!
    Breeding liver chestnut drafts that carry snowflake and kp.
    Also breeder of mushroom, watercolour, chinchilla, splash m, wrong warp and thunderstruck.

    Horses generally always available.

    I feel so unprepared and overwhelmed but I hope I can make it a good one for my SS. Can't wait to get assigned so I can actually make choices for SS. I've been pre-buying some possibilities but they are just possibilities since for all I know they wont be what my SS likes.

    Ugh I wish we signed up in November so had all of December’s sales and special hh’s to create and use for our SS’s. I’ve been creating horses but don’t know what size, bone density, colour or gender either of my SS prefers

    I signed up for the two big categories and set up a chat room for each. I've been buying and adding horses randomly. I figure I can swap horses between the chats to hopefully fit who I get. :)

    Yeah, there really isn't any way to get a good specific gift yet and with how busy things will be now with finals week I don't know how fancy I can get with things, but...

    Does anyone know if the pairing is totally random (within price groups) or if our brilliant coordinators try to pair us with people who breed for similar things so some of the gifts can come from our own barns? 'Homemade' so to speak, hehe.

    It’s random lol I’ve probably done SS for 8-9 years and have yet to get someone that breeds the same colour as me! Still have my fingers crossed that I get some Grullo breeders as SS’s this year.

    But show horses are always good gifts from your own barn if you have any to spare.

    I am DYING of excitement! I've been wayyyyyyyy too ahead of myself adding special somethings to some RS yearlings and 2yo's, so hopefully one of them will be my SS recipient's thing :) If not, I'll auction some off haha. But I can't wait!
