any ideas on a cheap way to unalter a horse?

You can either spend $5 to buy a GMT token on the upgrade with real money page, save up 250k HBs to purchase one using IVs on the upgrade with game money page, or hope you get lucky and get a candy pony create. There isn’t really a cheap way to do it in game unless you have the real life cash.

Also, you can only unalter a horse you bred or created yourself.

Although, unless it was an accident, if the horse was altered automatically by the game using either BA or SBA, it means the horse is not really worth breeding. Unless you are going to use a breeding boost, but that is even more expensive.
