I am so happy right now!
-
So, last month, three days before my birthday I was offered one of my favorite stallions by @HTRanch. For months I've bought up foals by him whenever I found them for sale and bought straws often, trying all the while not to make too much of a nuisance of myself. I had owned his mother for a few short months when I was first starting out and have based an entire breeding program around her bloodlines, and I LOVE him.

When he was given to me I knew I was likely to only get that one last breeding season, but I was SO very grateful! I used all of his breedings and saved a ridiculous number of straws, but I was still sad as the month drew to a close because I was sure at rollover I'd lose him.
Imagine my joy to finally brave checking my barns a few moments ago and find that he's still hanging around, just as gorgeous as ever. \:D/
Merry Christmas to me! :x~*~ Justa ~*~
