I thought you were allowed to have one account on server 1 and one account on server 2?? Why is my account on server 2 locked??

You are allowed 3 free accounts per server, and as many upgraded accounts as you can handle. It looks like you have a couple accounts that you opened when you first started and never signed in to again, so that would put you over the limit. Send me a Private Message and we can get it straightened out. :)
