How to get tattoos

Hello everyone im new to the game and im just wondering how everyone gets there custom tattoos

Go to Member Home look to the right as you scroll down a bit and you'll see Upgraded Features the third link down from there is Tattoo Registry. It explains it pretty well but if you still need help from there just let me know.
