I want to merge my two accounts and when I try to do it there are no options under the drop down menu that says " select account to merge ". So then I just clicked on the merge accounts button and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Your 'Member Accounts' shows only the one account for you, duelinghawks, no others. Is your other account on the same email?

@Crewcut thanks for your help. No, it's under my teen daughter's email because I originally set the account up for her and she lost interest within a week so I took it over.

You might just need to change the email on the smaller account to match the larger ( remember the larger account must 'eat' the smaller to merge successfully).

@Crewcut both accounts are now on the same email but "select account to merge" drop-down button is still not showing any options. Any other ideas lol?

log out of both accounts, log back in under the same email, then check again?

I do now see "SarahLove" on your associated accounts page section, so you're halfway there!

Ok I logged out and closed all browser windows on my desktop and my phone and then logged back in. Still not working. I will give it a few hours and try again. Thanks for all your help @Crewcut
