I don't know if I've missed this in the F&Q guide but is there a limit to how many new creates start with points?

Once you have over 20000 overall points Your creates will stop being created with points. (approx 2k daily show bonus)Breeding liver chestnut drafts that carry snowflake and kp.
Also breeder of mushroom, watercolour, chinchilla, splash m, wrong warp and thunderstruck.
Horses generally always available.
