That means your horse is homozygous for the W20 gene. Any foal they have will inherit at least one copy of the gene. W20 increases the white expression that a horse has. For example, a horse can be solid colored with two W20 genes. But paired with certain white genes (like sabino I believe), the horse will have much more white than one without W20.
