I treid making some tatoos last night. I found some nice small images on google that were public domain. Then I opened Ms Paint, and figured oiut how to make a 25 X 25 pixel field. It even comes up as transparent until you add color, so that's handy!

My question is - how do you shrink down and add an image you have downloaded to add it to your pixel boundaries? Most of the images are too complex to fit in that field... even super simple ones.
