ISO foundation snowflake straws

    Looking for C-papered foundation draft snowflake straws. Preferably black based with no agouti, but will look at chestnuts if they don't have agouti. I know these straws can be expensive, but if at all possible I'd like to stay under 10k per straw. Thanks for the help!
