Tack not refreshing in pasture?

I was attempting to put some backgrounds on my mares in pasture, and when I refresh the individual horse image, they show up just fine. However, when I view my pasture I can't see the background. I'm just not sure whether this is intentional or a bug.
Here is an example horse with a background added:

It has something to do with the cache on your computer, I think. Try clearing the cache and see if that helps.

Well, not so much.
All the tack items added before I cleared my cache worked. All the ones I added afterwards did not show on the pasture page. I'd rather not have to clear my cache every time, is there anything else I can do?ID 43830

I usually refresh the whole pasture page and it seems to work.Quality riding horses with DP, Sooty+, Sooty, SB1 and SB2.
