Do horses show better if gelded/spayed?

    All other things being equal, does snipping a horse make it show better or rise faster? I have some foundation stallions I am not using, (but might conceivably someday), but they are nothing special. Should I show them intact or show them snipped?

    Geld All The Things! Yes, altered horses get a really nice training bonus. The will train longer and substantially better when snipped.
