Only a few mares have been gene tested so I would test them and remove any with Frame :)●▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●

Without testing, you have no way of knowing for sure. He has a 1 in 4 chance of producing a lethal white foal with any mare that carries frame. And frame is a pattern that can hide if there are not other white patterns 'boosting' it - just like in real life.
I see you a few splash frame herd helpers, so they have a possibility of producing a lethal foal with him.
