How do you get a horse papered?

First off you need an upgrade. A basic upgrade would do. Then the option to paper, called "Breeding Inspection" will come up with all of the other testing options. It costs 1k to use BI, unless a horse is altered in which case it'd be free (but will still ask for confirmation of charging you the usual price for it).Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts.
