@CeffylDwr, the smallest possible in the game is 12 hands - so Giggles here is a whopping one inch over minimum.

She's adorable, disembodied head and all! I have a new 12.2 hand cob colt in the barn and I thought he was about as itty-bitty as they could get. You definitely have me beat!

Very adorable! I have a 12.0. He's a gelding, and as tiny as the game has. He may even be first on the search list, since he is 18 this year. There are others out there that are 12 hands though.
