Why is this horse bay?
-
I just gene tested this horse she shows up as bay although she is EE AtAt am I missing something or just an oddity?
LC1 Certainly -
So brown is a bit funny. Hom brown is a lot lighter than het brown, so you need sooty genes to make a hom brown show up as brown.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
Prices are almost always negotiable.
On the look out for pointed creates -
I read somewhere that 'bright' browns with no sooty get labeled bay by the game.
Ha! @ObsidianKitsune beat me to it.Thanked by 1lostcause -
Genetically brown but phenotypically bay. The game labels the image by phenotype.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
