Level Question
  • FS2
    How do I know what level I am? I go to my page, and I see that I am a grade 7 with a Basic Upgrade with 5 awards. I don't see anything about what level I am though. Please help me out.

    Can you give us some more context? I’m pretty sure this is because you’re reading the FAQ which is currently being updated to reflect new terminology. It’s a little outdated, but a lot of things are changing in the game and that’s making it a little hard to update efficiently at the moment!

    I was going to buy a horse, but am unable to since our accounts are "Associated". It says that both accounts must be level 5 for this to take place.

    Level 5 is the old term for what is now å Premium upgrade

    You aren't allowed to buy horses between associated accounts.

    However, sometimes accounts that are owned by different people get associated by IP address because of the way ISPs recycle IP numbers. If that's the case, someone can probably help you make a horse purchase transfer.

    If you want to purchase from an account that you are associated with, both you and the other person needs to have a premium upgrade.

    That's if you are ACTUALLY associated. Family members, or all persons who use one computer should not be selling between accounts. If you are associated with another account by pure luck of the draw then it's generally OK to do it. If you see a sale like that, and have suspicions about it, let myself, or Ammit, or Triple Spiral know and we can dig further into the details. (Well, Ammit can do the real digging, but I can get it started!)

    Just to clarify -- I meant if you live in the same town as another player or something like that. NOT if you own both accounts -- that is definitely cheating!

    I have certainly seen it happen that two players who don't even know each other get associated due to location/ISP. That's the case I was referring to! :)
