Champagne expression

Noticed this guy isn't champagne despite being hom and wondered why. Is it because of the double Ccr? What else effects Ch gene expression?

Yes it's the homozygous cream. Since the cream causes enough dilution that the champagne has no real effect on the color, the champagne is not included in the color name.
Gray also overrides any other genes in the color name:
