    Would i be able to exchange IV's for HBs? And if so, how would i do it?

    You can buy IVs with HBs. Go to Upgrades and Extras -> Upgrade with game money. It costs 12,500hbs per IV, and the page that you are bought to will tell you how many you can buy with your current money. Then if you scroll down, you should be able to see a button that says "Buy IVs". Click that, find out where the small box is to enter the number of IVs you want to buy on the new page, and then click to buy them!

    You can change Hb's to IV's like how ObsidianKitsune explains above.
    But once converted it to IV's you can not change them back to Hb's.
