    Hetero = differing
    Homo = the same

    Her color DNA profile says she is I1I8 - so she is het Ice1 and also het Ice8. If she was I8I8, she would be hom Ice8.

    @Puissance Thanks! It confused me because ice one and ice eight are technically two different things, even if they are both ice. I was leaning towards het, just was checking.

    I know @ParadisePark answered your question, just thought it might be helpful to know how they knew the answer.
    Since she is het for each of two different Ice genes, all her foals will have one or the other.
