To be honest, with the rainbow paint on there it's a little hard to tell what he looks like. Maybe you'd have better luck without the lazer pack?

I'm not good at knowing how to price things, so I don't really have any advice there. When in doubt I generally let the market decide by doing a forum auction. :)

Seeing that he is a Vault of Stars RS, I would suggest looking at others that have been listed in the forum recently. See what people have been paying and price him from there.
