Merging Accounts Question

    So I wasn't planning on ever merging, but my side account got a 250k lottery today, so I'd be able to merge. I also saw the update that merge prices will go up drastically soon. So here's my issue: I would have to merge this account to my side one. I would love to keep this account's name, and my side account is under two weeks and so free name change is enabled. Would that go away after the merge? Or would I be able to change my name still?

    If I am following your post correctly you should be able to change the name. Though if you remove this account and then try and change the name of another account to this name you are going to have a big problem with the forums. No idea what will happen if you try and change a forum account name into a name that is already taken.
