Hehehe! I'm actually not even supposed to eat it anymore cos its basically solid gluten but... I keep a jar for the nights where I have to force myself eat something!

I think it is an acquired taste. You are supposed to spread it very thinly when you are just trying it. Loads of people, when they try to use it, spread it thickly like jam... Shudder. Even hardcore vegemite fans don't do that!
