He’s a very decent colt on paper, and that works well in his favor. A lot of hom snowflakes don’t have very high PT or paper levels. Although buyers will be more picky with a carrier, he still has decent statistics, and his pedigree is pretty strong. I would consider him a 4th generation in my herd.

If you have no idea what to ask, I suggest running a forum auction for him and starting the bidding at about 15k-20k. That’s what I would pay for a solid 4th gen stallion, or higher if I really like the genetics. Some players are still going through their excess foal crop this week, so starting the auction in a few days might yield more interest.
