You can only fix his consistency, or add a breeding boost. But there is no guarantee it will make him pass BA or SBA.

I know its a gamble to gmt him to pass BA. My question is why can't I gmt him? I go to gmt link he doesn't show up as a option.

That's why it's such a gamble.

You have to spend 1 GMT to un-alter him, then decide how many Boost Tokens you want to gamble with and either pay real cash for them at $10 per 1% boost or $45 for a 5% boost OR buy 1% Boost tokens for 50 IVs per try or 500 IVs for a full 5% boost at 12,500 hbs per IV.

And there's no real guarantee that even a 5% boost will make him pass Breeding Advice.
