I was creating ExPerf herd helpers and refreshed the page to see if anyone new had gotten the herd helper, and it created a horse and named it Experf#. I thought I had clicked wrong, and tried it again, and made sure the cursor was no where near the Create a horse button, and it did it again. It started a couple days ago, but I thought it was my imagination, and that I had just clicked something by mistake, but several tests later and it is still doing it.
