Can I make a horse consistent that was inconsistent? If so how?

you do it in the gmt lab. I believe that you have to select the horse and then scroll down to the very bottom? It costs 2 tokens

Only costs 1 token. It’s the last option in the lab. Don’t forget to PT test again!

It also has to be intact. If it has been neutered, you can unalter it before changing to consistent.
