New...bought basic upgrade last week...now want premium...lose $$?

    Hi everyone,
    So I am new and did a one year basic upgrade on Feb 10th (because I didn't think I'd get so enthralled with the game) and now I'm kicking myself and need to upgrade to premium. I REALLY don't want to lose the dollars I JUST spent on the basic and I don't think they will be applied to the premium upgrade without an administrator working their magic for me. I messaged Ammit a few days ago but haven't gotten a response--I know she's super busy and one of her posts says she deletes messages if it's a question that can be answered by someone else. Anyone else have this experience or have a recommendation? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    So, sorry I did not see your message!

    The basic upgrade with just go dormant and be there if your premium ever does not go through or is canceled.You can also sell the upgrade in the "Upgrade with game cash" area and exchange it for something else. :D
