All barns say they are "overfilled"?

I tried looking around for this question here and on the bug board but couldn't see anything about it--What does "This barn is overfilled" mean? I know I'm at capacity for all my barns--why is this considered "overfilled"? Does this change anything for the game other than that I can't breed/create any more horses until I sell some? This just started happening today after the update so I was just wondering if it was "normal" or not? Thank you!
