Unable to enter horse?

Every time I try to enter this horse in a show it just tells me "unable to enter horse"?
I showed another horse just fine, what is wrong with them?!

If it's in a low class sometimes they fill so quickly it's already running so you can't enter, keep trying you will eventually.
