As a newbie poking around, I looked at auctions. I tried to bid on a horse before realising the auction listing was closed, and got an error message that my bid was not accepted. But the bid was debited from my funds, according to my transactions list.

If I threw money away in error, that's on me, and that's fine, but is there any recourse to have someone check to see if I legitimately wasted funds or if there was a glitch?

Bidding never results in a charge. What exactly does your transaction list say?

I logged out but when mom logs in and comes to forums, it reverts to my user name. She's frustrated and asked if I would just post her reply:

No, I didn't think it was 'today', I only found it on the 14th.

I'm lost, if I put a horse up for auction, it was by accident, and I have no idea who it was or where they went

To log out on the forums, you need to log out on the forums rather than the game. There's a "sign out" button at the top.

And that account gained 2500hbs from selling a horse in auction on the 2/11/2018. The buyer was the HuntandJump auction bidder, which means that the horse was bought back by the game.

I can't find the 'sign out' button, naybe because Im on mobile? But mom and I can probably just agree to each use a different device or something.

She says she remembers selling a foal back, but thought she only got 1000 for it. But also says it just isn't important, she was just confused. And says thank you also.

On mobile (for me at least) the sign out button is on the very bottom line on the right hand side
