Training roadblock?

    I have a few horses whose pages say "needs trained", but they don't show up in the selection field when I try to get them trained. Any insights?

    You might need to refresh their pages, or sign out and back on. They more than likely have been trained.

    Or they may be foals! Horses can begin training when they reach 2, so foals are forever stuck on "Needs trained".

    That's it, they are all foals. I hadn't read deep enough yet to realize foals couldn't be trained! It seems so backwards that I can enter them in shows but can't train, or braid manes.

    Thanks for saving me from a stress headache.

    No problem!

    The only shows that foals can be entered into are 1L, which are local in-hand shows. There are only two horses per class, so it's a flip of the coin as to who wins. I know that some people don't bother showing with foals, although I do as I think every point counts.
